挤压轮和滑靴的结构设计：
对于软管泵的内部结构，通常有挤压轮和滑靴两种设计方法。对于软管挤压，挤压轮的设计更为柔软，因为当软管被压缩时，挤压轮在软管表面滚动。滑靴的设计不仅压缩了软管，而且在软管表面产生滑动摩擦，使挤压后的管道产生很大的磨损。因此，在采用滑靴结构设计时，必须在泵壳内壁添加足够的润滑油，以帮助延长软管的使用寿命。滑靴的设计和在泵中添加润滑剂，在一定程度上增加了滑靴蠕动泵的复杂性和成本。
